National sports teams don't excite me much.......but

When it comes to England taking a 2-1 lead in a very close Ashes series, I will confess to a keen, bordering on the jingoistic interest.

The thing about being Welsh is that our national football or rugby teams rarely triumph on the world stage, as a result, I don't pay much attention.

But somehow, when it's the Aussies (the living personification of bad winners), it's kinda sweeter.
